These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the websites, phone lines, and services provided by Penny AI Solutions, operated by Datafy AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide done-for-you AI receptionist setup, automated lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, website, and business automation services for small businesses. The specific services, setup details, and pricing for each client are agreed in writing (for example, by proposal or email) before work begins.

No guarantees

We work hard to help your business answer more calls and follow up faster, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, appointments, sales, or revenue. AI tools can occasionally make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing how your service is set up and for final decisions in your business.

Not medical, legal, or professional advice

Our AI receptionists are set up to handle everyday questions and messages. They do not provide medical, veterinary, legal, or other professional advice. Clients are responsible for making sure urgent or medical questions are routed to qualified staff or emergency resources.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, hours, and services
• Tell us promptly when that information changes
• Follow the laws that apply to your business, including call recording, consent, and texting rules for your customers
• Keep your own login details secure

Payment, billing, and cancellation

Fees are as agreed in your proposal or written agreement. Setup fees are due before setup begins. Monthly services are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time with written notice (email is fine); service continues through the end of the current paid month. Setup fees and fees for months already started are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools

Our services rely on third-party providers (such as phone, AI voice, scheduling, email, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers, but we will work with you to resolve issues.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your business content. We keep ownership of our templates, methods, and materials, and grant you the right to use what we set up for your business while you are a client.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated.
